About Rachel
I am a natural empath and am highly sensitive. I have always been very sensitive to energies in my environment and from people close to me. As a 10 year old I began using a pendulum to test out my own homeopathic remedies and I was intuitively choosing Bach Flower Remedies for myself long before that. I sensed spirits and trauma in land and places as well as heightened energy in sacred places and crystals. It wasn't until I was an adult and learnt more about energy, spirituality and healing that I realised what I had been sensing. Since embarking on my own healing journey and becoming more in touch with my sensing and intuition, and then becoming a mother, my healing abilities and psychic perception has increased. My own journey has given me compassion and understanding.

I was born in Switzerland and spent my childhood years both in Switzerland and New Zealand. I was raised using alternative and holistic healing methods so a natural and holistic approach to wellbeing has always been important to me. I have a deep connection to the stars, to nature and animals.
I began on a spiritual journey in 2012 while on a quest to recover from depression, anxiety and eating disorders. I have been learning to embrace self-love, live with joy, love my body and my relationship with food and manage digestive dis-ease. I have learnt the importance of fully feeling the feelings, grounding and listening to my body, trusting the universe, being more compassionate with myself and being present in the moment. I continue to grow and use my knowledge for my own wellbeing. I have an honours degree in Speech and Language Therapy from the University of Canterbury, NZ, however I found my calling in a more holistic approach to healing. |

It was the conception of my son that shifted the focus of my work. I had been communicating with his soul before conception. The moment of his conception was a profound experience! I felt myself leave my body through my womb portal, connect with his soul in spirit, and bring him back into my body. I felt him land with the most expansive heart opening. I knew at that moment I was pregnant! I continued to communicate with him and felt at times there was energy that needed to shift. With the support from trusted practitioners he showed us past lives and soul contracts that needed clearing for him to happily grow inside me, for me to feel confident and calm in my pregnancy, and for us to birth at home naturally. He showed me the power of spirit baby communication and during a spirit baby communication session my son shared that he would change the path of my work - which he has! I always knew he would be a boy with a sensitive, deeply feeling soul, a kind heart and a strong will. I was not wrong about that, and what a learning journey and gift he is! He needed a lot of holding (both physically and emotionally) as a baby, toddler and young child. He still needs a lot of guidance to support his sensitivities and although I don’t love labels, I see his deeply feeling and highly sensitive being.
My daughter’s conception came with a different energy. I felt her presence strongly after my son was five months old. Her soul lingered above me, waiting, but I wasn’t ready for her. When I became pregnant again, she struggled to fully come in. I knew I was two weeks pregnant but she wasn’t landing and she wasn’t implanting into my womb. During a pleiadian lightwork and spirit baby session, the healer and I were able to release fears about whether I could love another child as much as my son. The soul of my daughter needed to know that she would be just as loved. I needed to trust I could raise a daughter. Only then did she settle into my womb.
My daughter had a very different energy! I felt like she was from such a different vibration that coming to Earth was difficult for her. I was exhausted during her pregnancy, trying to assimilate to her frequency!
I have had numerous experiences with my children including helping my daughter heal her eczema after clearing the energy of a past life where she burnt in a house fire and I couldn't get to her in time. She also came into this world with another soul in her body, a twin energy from a previous life. I found it challenging to connect with her with the other soul. Clearing the extra energy hugely improved my connection with her. Being able to energetically connect with my children as babies and before they could talk was of huge benefit. I have continued to tune into their being and support them in a holistic and energetic way and communicate with them on a soul level.

Because of the difference in vibration of these souls, a mother carrying such a child needs to adjust her own vibration. Often this difference in vibration causes nausea and morning sickness. Energy healing raises the mother’s vibration and balances the energies between mother and baby,
As we know everything is stored in the body - all the memories - fears - trauma etc. There are many ways that this can be released from the body and from the cellular memory. Clearing past life and current life fears, previous traumatic birthing experiences and early childhood experiences allows mother and child to have a different experience in this life or this time around.
I have felt an increasingly strong calling to ‘be here for the children’. Those were the words that came to me during a wild dolphin swim retreat last September in the Bahamas. Initially I thought it meant just my children yet as time passes I feel deeply called to assist incoming souls that are here to raise the vibration on Earth.
Recently I have had souls come to me in my dreams, asking me to help them release old karma so they can anchor here through their new mothers. In meditations I feel and see the souls waiting to be assisted in. Often it is parents that need support to hold them and need their vibration raised in order to carry these souls. There are many of us here to do this work in various ways.
I am also an experienced teacher, having facilitated many Angelic Reiki trainings, taught workshops on various spiritual and holistic topics such as connecting with your intuition, how to muscle test and use a pendulum, vision board creation, New Years ceremonies. I have facilitated numerous Angelic Reiki group healings and assisted facilitation during two one-week long young adults retreats at Wangapeka Meditation Centre.
